- Purchased relevent item less than 30 days ago
- No parts are missing upon return inspection
- There is no user-induced damage. (ex. gashes, scratches, dents. etc)
- Tamper seal is not broken
- Device is still new and completely unused (this has to do with the hygienic nature of the product)
