We are here to listen if you arent happy with your purchase. In fact, there is no need to even tell us why you are dissatisfied if you do not wish, because we will gladly complete your refund effortlessly and without question if all the following apply:

• Purchased relevent item less than 30 days ago
• No parts are missing upon return inspection
• There is no user-induced damage. (ex. gashes, scratches, dents. etc)
• Tamper seal is not broken
• Device is still new and completely unused (this has to do with the hygienic nature of the product)

Typically we ship within 24 hours, though, if we are very busy it may take up to 72 hours to ship your order.
